HI, I'M CYNDI
It's pretty simple really.
I love cooking and feeding people.

Raised in Illinois  on my fathers German family farm coupled with the fact that my Italian Mother and Grandmother from Chicago were always cooking and....... Enough said......it was meant to be!

My German Grandmother's fried chicken can never be beat.  Yes there was a coop and a stump if you catch my drift.  Living off
                                  the land for sure!

My Italian Grandmother's divine Bagna Calda became a staple dish my Mom  made a part of every Christmas Eve at our house.  It is a perfect marriage of ingredients: butter, garlic and anchovies! Even as a child, I loved cooking with my Mom for the many dinner parties she hosted.  The process, care and craft of it all. It was true love early on in my life.

Thanks for visiting and checking out my initial product offering Italian Sausage Bread.

Created as a hearty, simple to heat and serve finger food for guests visiting the house or to bring to almost any event we would attend, it was always a huge hit. From my very first loaf I was told I needed to sell my bread. I used it as a prospect tool in my real estate practice and it quickly took center stage. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement.....so here we go!

We usually serve it sliced as an appetizer with basil marinara for dipping. You can add a salad and it also makes a great meal. Serve it with a soft fried egg on top and you have breakfast. Jim even has a friend that loves it so much he just cuts the big loaf in half and eats it like a hoagie!

Mangia and Enjoy!
